The Stainless Steel Floor Sentry is an ESD-Safe solder fume extractor that was engineered to free up much needed benchtop workspace. This unit is equipped with a self-supportive, anti-static flex hose that can be easily maneuvered by the operator while the base of the unit either sits on the floor or on the benchtop. The self-supportive hose allows the operator to comfortably adjust the hose to the optimal source-capture position.
This system is equipped with an energy-efficient fan and high-quality filtration media: typically HEPA or ASHRAE filtration. These filters are unique in that the primary materials have been constructed from fire-retardant products. HEPA filtration is up to 99.97% efficient on particles 0.3 microns and larger, while ASHRAE filtration is up to 95% efficient on particles 0.5 microns and larger.

24″ Wide Portable Clean Room

The 24” Wide Portable Clean Room Hood creates a compact and particle-free benchtop enclosure that is designed to protect the process. This vertical laminar flow hood is rated an ISO Class 5 clean room cabinet and utilizes a dual-stage filtration process that supplies purified airflow through a pre-filter and main filter. The main filter is typically either a HEPA or ULPA filter depending on the efficiency desired. The HEPA filter is up to 99.97% efficient on particles 0.3 microns and larger, while the ULPA filter is up to 99.9995% efficient on particles 0.12 microns and larger.
This portable clean room hood has been utilized in variety of applications, including compounding, stem cell therapy practices and other medical applications, tissue culturing, data recovery, cleaning processes, portable field testing, manufacturing, and much more.
The 24” Wide Portable Clean Room Hood can be easily integrated with existing laboratory or working space because of its small size and portable nature. This system also features energy-efficiency and quiet and low maintenance operation. A variable speed controller for air volume management and a fluorescent light are included with this unit. An optional UV light is also available for sterilization purposes.
