Detego

Detego is a simple to use family of data acquisition and analysis tools for digital media of all kinds (Computers, Linux systems, Apple Mac & removable and dead media such as hard drives, USB sticks and media cards).

It incorporates three core functions:

• File based extractions
• DD imaging
• RAM extractions

Using a single interface, Detego allows for just one training overhead.

It is deployed to acquire data in various scenarios:

• high tech labs
• covert operations

Detego includes a range of automated analysis tools, e.g. hash database matching and watchlist value matching (by file name and values located within content such as word documents, .pdf, excel spread sheets etc.)
